Each time a user logs onto one of the websites of a Storck Group subsidiary (STORCK), and each time a file is opened, the data related to this process is recorded in a protocol file. This format is the equivalent of a web server log and prevents the saved information from being reduced to a specific user. As a result the data is not personal. The STORCK website does not use cookies or other means applied to monitor user behaviour.

The person involved may at any time withdraw their authorisation to use their personal details, however, thereby probably making the processing of the question or requested service impossible (e.g., processing of application, contact).
